Thermex came together with its authorized services from Bursa, Balıkesir, Çanakkale and İzmit at the training and promotion meeting held at Bursa Çelik Palas Hotel on 10-11 March 2020.

Providing high comfort in living spaces by offering quality, reliability and energy saving together, Thermex provided service officials with the experience of examining its durable and long-lasting products in detail during the two-day Technical Service Training Organization.

The presentation, which started with the opening speech of Thermex Turkey After Sales Services Manager Cemil Göksu, provided information about the establishment of Thermex, its historical development, Thermex in the world and in Türkiye, the introduction of product groups, and plans for the product range, continued with the explanation of the authorized service structure in Türkiye. In the continuation of the meeting, Göksu shared the combi and water heater product range and detailed technical specifications, and shared technical information on the products with our services again.

The presentations continued with detailed explanations, including user parameter settings, fault codes, error codes, the device’s first operating specifications, circuit diagram and room thermostat connection, and the checks to be made when the combi boiler is first operated or when the customer’s house is visited for malfunctions.

On the second day of the training, the services were informed about the program operation of our Thermex Mobile application and the Service Forms, Earned Payments and Invoicing, Order and Stock Management, E-Library and Reporting modules.

Thermex Authorized Services will be able to access information in the system more easily with the Thermex Mobile application and up-to-date information was shared about the operation of the application.

The organization was concluded with a group photo at the end of the second day.
